Meet Tim

My journey into real estate is not the typical one, I was a Telecom Engineer for over 12 years in the corporate world. When I felt that the corporate ladder was not going fast enough I decided to become a student of wealth, finding real estate Investing as my chosen path to get there.

After working on my investment company for 6 years I decided to take the plunge and leave my corporate job behind and run my investment business full time. Working on projects ranging from flipping houses all the way up to development projects I gained a wealth of experience in all matters of real estate.

After 11 years in the real estate investing business I decided it was time to get my real estate license and so that I could serve customers on both worlds of real estate home buyers/sellers and investors alike.

With over 13 years in the industry I love to bring that experience, creativity, and investor skills to benefit residential real estate clients.
